What creatormoves365.ai is

creatormoves365.ai is a subscription-based digital catalogue of curated, text-based AI image prompts. Customer access is sold as a Monthly or Yearly subscription; bundles and categories organise the library and are not sold separately.

creatormoves365.ai is a product of AA100X Tech (Absolute Advancement 100x Tech (aa100xtech)), which operates the service and is the seller of record for every subscription. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean the creatormoves365.ai service operated by AA100X Tech.

We are not an image generation service. We do not create images for you, we do not host an image generator, and we do not require or process photo uploads as part of the product. You copy the prompt text and use it in whichever third-party AI image tool you choose.

Acceptance

By signing in to an account or purchasing a bundle you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You may create a customer account yourself with your email or a Google account, and you must provide accurate details. Partner, employee and administrator access is granted only by the creatormoves365.ai team. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Purchases are tied to the account you were signed in with, so keep your sign-in details safe.

Licence to the prompt text

An active subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the prompt text in the library to generate images for your own personal or business use. You receive access rights during the subscription period only and do not obtain ownership of the prompt library.

You may not resell, redistribute, republish, sublicense, bulk-share, scrape or include the prompt text (in whole or in substantial part) in any competing product, dataset or prompt pack.

The licence covers the prompt text itself. It does not transfer ownership of the catalogue, the site, or any trade mark.

Third-party AI tools

You use the prompts inside third-party AI image tools that we neither own nor control. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, pricing and content policies, and you remain responsible for complying with them.

Output quality varies between models and versions. We cannot guarantee any specific result from any prompt.

Your content

You keep ownership of anything you create using our prompts, subject to the terms of the AI tool you used.

If you choose to submit material to us (for example a support attachment or a partnership application), you confirm you have the right to share it.

Acceptable use

Do not use our prompts or the service for unlawful, hateful, deceptive or sexually explicit material, or to depict a real person without their consent. See our Community Guidelines.

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, extract locked prompt text your subscription does not cover, or automate scraping of the catalogue.

Payments

All prices are quoted and charged in Indian Rupees (INR); INR is the canonical currency. Any other currency displayed in the app is an approximate indication only.

The final payable amount, including any coupon discount, is calculated by our server and shown to you before the payment window opens. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your full card or UPI credentials.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period and then locks.

Delivery, refunds and cancellation

Delivery is digital and immediate to your signed-in account — see the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy, and cancellation under the Cancellation Policy.

Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are materially breached — for example redistribution of prompt text or attempts to bypass access controls. Where we do so without cause, we refund the unused part of the current subscription period.

Liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We are not liable for the behaviour, pricing, availability or output of third-party AI tools.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced in the app.
