Account Deletion
Permanently close your account and erase your personal data.
How to request
Email support@creatormoves365.ai from your registered email address with the subject 'Delete My Account'. We confirm your identity before acting, and acknowledge within 1–2 business days.
What gets removed
Your profile, display name, sign-in credentials, two-factor settings, saved preferences and purchase entitlements are permanently deleted.
What happens to purchases
Deleting your account ends access to every bundle unlocked on it and does not automatically trigger a refund. If you may still be within the refund window, read the Refund Policy before requesting deletion.
Prompt text you already copied remains yours to use under the licence in our Terms; the licence does not survive resale or redistribution.
Timeline
Deletion completes within 30 days. Minimal payment, tax and audit records are retained where the law requires it. This action cannot be undone.
