What you can change yourself

Profile fields such as your display name can be cleared from your Profile page while signed in.

Requesting deletion

Email support@creatormoves365.ai from your account email address with the subject 'Data Deletion', telling us which data you want removed.

We verify the request, action it within 30 days and confirm by email. We acknowledge within 1–2 business days.

What we must keep

We retain minimal payment, tax and audit records where law or fraud prevention requires it, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Deleting your purchase entitlements also ends access to bundles you bought, and does not by itself create a refund entitlement.
