Who we are and what we sell

creatormoves365.ai is a product of AA100X Tech (Absolute Advancement 100x Tech (aa100xtech)), the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

creatormoves365.ai sells Monthly and Yearly subscriptions to a digital AI prompt library. We are not an image generation service and we do not require photo uploads to deliver the product, so we do not build a library of your personal photos.

Data we collect

Account and authentication data: your email address, an optional display name, authentication provider identifiers, session tokens and — if you enable it — two-factor authentication settings.

Payment metadata: order references, the payment gateway's order/payment identifiers, amount, currency, coupon code used and payment status. We do NOT receive or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank credentials — those are handled entirely by Razorpay.

Purchase entitlements: which bundles your account owns, and when access was granted.

Security and audit logs: timestamps, coarse request metadata and hashed network identifiers used for rate limiting, fraud prevention and an audit trail of sensitive administrative actions.

Support and partnership data: the content of messages you send us and any partnership application you submit while signed in.

How we use it

To create and operate your account, grant subscription access to the prompt library, verify payments and prevent duplicate charges.

To provide support, investigate delivery problems and process refunds.

To secure the service: detect abuse, rate limit, and keep an audit record of administrative actions.

To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations relating to your subscription payments.

Legal bases

Performance of our contract with you (account, delivery, payment), our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement), and legal obligations (tax and accounting records). Where consent is required, we ask for it and you may withdraw it.

Processors we share data with

Supabase — database, authentication and storage hosting for your account, entitlements and catalogue data.

Razorpay — payment processing. Razorpay receives the data needed to take your payment and returns payment metadata to us.

Our web hosting and content delivery provider — serves the application.

These providers act on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Cookies and local storage

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your display-currency choice. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Retention

Account, entitlement and payment records are kept while your account is active and, for payment and tax records, for as long as applicable law requires after that.

Security and audit logs are kept for a limited period appropriate to their purpose and then deleted or aggregated.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of your personal data. Use the Data Deletion or Account Deletion pages, or email support@creatormoves365.ai.

We respond within 1–2 business days. Note that deleting your account also removes your subscription entitlement, so prompt access ends.

Security

Access to your data is protected by database row-level security, server-side authorisation on every private read, encrypted transport, and least-privilege administrative access with audit logging.

Children

The service is not directed at children. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to hold an account.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced in the app.
