Shipping & Delivery Policy

Digital products only — nothing is shipped

creatormoves365.ai sells digital subscription access to text-based AI prompts. There is no physical product, no courier, no tracking number and no shipping address is ever required or collected.

Because of this, no shipping charge is ever applied to an order. The amount shown before checkout is the full amount payable.

How delivery works

Delivery means access. Once your payment is verified by our payment gateway, the prompt library is unlocked on the creatormoves365.ai account you were signed in with when you subscribed, for the whole paid period.

You must be signed in to buy, so the entitlement is attached to your account automatically — there is no download link to lose and no email attachment to wait for.

You can view everything you own at any time from the My Bundles page after signing in.

Delivery timeline

Typical delivery is immediate — access usually appears within a few seconds of a successful payment.

In rare cases a bank or gateway confirmation is delayed. Our system also confirms payments through a secure gateway callback, so an order normally completes on its own within a few minutes even if you closed the browser.

If access has not appeared after 30 minutes, treat it as a delivery issue and contact us using the section below.

Reporting non-delivery

Email support@creatormoves365.ai from the email address on your creatormoves365.ai account, and include the payment reference or order ID shown by the payment gateway and the plan you subscribed to.

We respond within 1–2 business days. Our support window for delivery issues is 7 days from the payment date; within that window we either restore access or, where delivery genuinely failed, refund the payment in full.

Duplicate charges and verified failed deliveries are always refunded in full under our Refund Policy.
